Event Details

MainStreetChamber Frederick and Hager Hall are cohosting a crafts show and holiday fair on Sunday, December 4, from 10 am to 4 pm.  Come out and enjoy the beautifully decorated conference center, and enjoy holiday music and fare with fellow artists, crafters, business members and the public. 

Hager Hall is located at 901 Dual Highway in Hagerstown, MD | Phone:  301-797-9004.  The formal conference center has an elegant entrance hall, bar, projection screen and stage, along with catering services and a conference area that can accommodate up to 2000 people.

We are seeking vendors who want to sell their crafts or showcase their services to the public at this event.  We expect a high turnout at this fair and are offering 60 tables for rent to MainStreetChamber members and local crafters and businesses to participate in our event.

If you are interested in reserving a table, please reply with the required information below, and mail this along with payment to MainStreetChamber Frederick for the approriate amount Checks should be mailed to 1207 Dahlia Lane, Frederick, MD  21703.  Please be sure to include a business card and phone number along with your vendor registration and payment in case we need to reach you.  

The fees for participating vendors and crafters are as follows:

$35 for each vendor who supplies their own table

$40 for each vendor who requests at 6x6' table from Hager Hall

$50 for each vendor who requests an 8x8' table from Hager Hall

$20 additional charge for each vendor who requires electricity 


Each vendor is also asked to contribute a gift or product from their business to be used as part of a raffle to raise money for local charities.  A portion of each vendor space sold will be used to raise money to help needy families during the Christmas holidays.
